Privacy policy.
Short and specific: what this website collects, why, who else sees it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
Who we are.
This website is run by Formory Marketing Group, a web design and marketing business serving Toronto and the GTA. For anything about your personal information, write to [email protected] or call (416) 989-3208. That inbox is read by the person responsible for privacy at Formory.
What the enquiry form collects, and why.
Your name, email address, business name, the service you are asking about and your message. We use it for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to do the work. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else receives it.
The form is delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare's email service, and a copy is stored in our customer management system, which is also hosted by Cloudflare. Those providers process it on our behalf and may store it outside Canada.
Analytics and advertising.
Pages on this site load the Google tag, which sends Google Analytics and Google Ads information about your visit: pages viewed, the device and browser, approximate location, and whether an enquiry was sent after clicking one of our ads. Google uses cookies for this. We use it only to see which pages and ads bring enquiries.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and page load times without cookies and without identifying you.
You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, turn off ad personalisation in My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser. The site works the same without them.
How long we keep it.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within two years. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the project and for tax records, as the law requires.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information.
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, normally within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Where does your
own site land?
Everything above came from opening real websites. Yours takes ten seconds: we load it the way a customer would and say what we find, including when the honest answer is that nothing needs doing.
Want the same for
your business?
Tell us what you do and where you work. We will look at what you have now and say plainly whether it is worth rebuilding — including when it is not.
