Reviews

Asking properly,
at the right moment.

$199 a month. Reviews are the most visible ranking signal in local search and the one businesses most often leave to chance.

The moment matters

The best time to ask is when the work has just been finished and the customer is pleased. A week later the moment has passed. We set up the ask so it happens then, by the route that customer is most likely to use.

Nothing bought, nothing gated

We do not buy reviews and we do not screen customers to filter out the unhappy ones before asking. Both are against Google policy and both are detectable. What works is asking everyone, promptly.

Replies

Every review answered, including the negative ones. A calm reply to a bad review does more for the next reader than the review itself does against you.

Questions

Before you ask.

How many reviews will I get?

That depends entirely on how many customers you serve. What changes with a system is the share who leave one — going from a few percent to a fifth of customers is normal, and it compounds.

What about a bad review?

Answer it, briefly and without arguing. Readers discount a single bad review among many; what they do not discount is a business that never replies.

Your turn

Same check,
run on your site.

The check behind this page is the one we ran on every business above. Put your own address in and it will load your site on a phone screen, look at the certificate and the page age, and tell you what a visitor meets. No email, nothing stored.

Describe the business and where it works. We come back with what we would change, what it would cost and how long it takes — or with a reason not to bother.
