HVAC websites,
from $590.

HVAC demand comes in spikes — the first cold week, the first heat wave — and in between, people research replacements slowly. A good HVAC site handles both: an emergency path nobody can miss, and pages that let someone compare a heat pump with a furnace before asking you for a quote.

What we found on GTA heating and cooling sites.

We opened the websites of 689 GTA heating and cooling businesses. 226 never name a city in their page title, 201 have no quote or contact form, and 133 show a hard sign of age.

The top of this market is unusual. The five most-reviewed HVAC businesses in the GTA have between 7,785 and 30,039 Google reviews each — large companies a small contractor will never outspend. The median business has 46. Small firms win on area, speed and trust, and the website is where those get shown.

What goes on an HVAC site.

Emergency service nobody can miss

No heat, no cooling: one tap to call, and hours stated plainly. If you do not offer 24-hour service, the site says so rather than implying it.

Replacement pages that answer the research

Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, ductless systems — what you install, what moves the price, and what a homeowner should ask any contractor. People who read those pages call with better questions.

Your TSSA registration, visible

Gas work in Ontario needs a TSSA contractor registration, and customers can check it online. We put the number where they look, matching what is on your trucks.

Maintenance plans explained

If you sell maintenance agreements or rent equipment, a page setting out what is covered and what it costs. That is recurring revenue the site should be selling.

Seasonal booking

A tune-up request form ahead of each season, so the quiet months fill the calendar instead of the emergency weeks overloading it.

The Google listing, set up properly

Categories, service area, hours and photos of your installs. The map pack decides who gets the emergency call.

What it costs.

By the size of the business. One technician with a van is genuinely cheaper to build for than a company with several crews and service areas, and the price says so.

Size of businessWebsiteMonthly
Solo operator or a two-person shop$590$129
A crew of three to ten$1,190$299
Ten or more, or several locations$2,400$590
Legal, medical or financial practice$3,900$990

The build is paid after the site is finished and you have seen it. The monthly part covers hosting, the domain, edits, your Google Business Profile and ongoing search work, and can be cancelled any month. Full pricing.

How it works.

  1. A call about the business. Heating, cooling or both; installs or service; which towns; whether you take night calls.
  2. We look at who outranks you locally — not the giants, the firms your size — and what their sites do that yours does not.
  3. We build it and send a live preview link. One to two weeks.
  4. You correct it. Brands you install, prices you are happy to publish, your warranty terms.
  5. Live, then you pay. Monthly covers hosting, edits and the Google listing; ideally we launch before the season, not during it.

Why you can believe a price you have not negotiated.

You pay after the site is built. Not a deposit, not half up front — nothing until it is finished and you have looked at it. If you do not want it, you do not pay for it, and we would rather absorb that than argue someone into a site they are unhappy with.

Our prices are published in full, so the number does not change once we know what you drive. There is no contract: the monthly part is month to month, and the domain and the site are yours either way.

We do not publish client names — the businesses we work for asked us not to, and we would rather keep that promise than win an argument on a web page. What we can show you is our work on the whole market: we opened 34,180 GTA business websites one at a time and published everything we found. Run the same check on your own site, free and without an email, on our site checker.

We know the regulations you work under.

Section 21 of Ontario Regulation 212/01 says no one may act as a gas contractor without TSSA registration, and requires field vehicles to carry the contractor's name and registration number. Our guide covers registration, the G.1, G.2 and G.3 certificates and what belongs on the website: TSSA registration for gas and HVAC contractors.

Questions

Straight answers.

How much does an HVAC website cost?

Ours are $590 for a one-person operation and $1,190 for a crew of three to ten, paid after the site is built. Hosting, edits and your Google listing run $129 to $299 a month and can be cancelled any month.

Should my TSSA number be on my website?

The regulation's explicit display duties cover your premises and your field vehicles. Customers can check registration online, so showing the number on the site — the same one as on the trucks — saves them the search and reads as a business with nothing to hide.

Can the site take maintenance bookings?

Yes. A simple request form is included; booking wired directly into your calendar is a $290 add-on.

Do I pay anything up front?

No. You pay once the site is built and you have seen it. If you do not want it, you do not pay.

Is there a contract?

No. The monthly fee is month to month and can be cancelled any month. The domain and the site stay yours.

Who owns the domain?

You do. We register it in your business name, in an account you hold. If you leave us, it goes with you.

Where does your site stand?

Type your address and we will open your site the way a visitor would, then tell you plainly what is wrong with it — including when the answer is nothing. Ten seconds, no email, nothing stored.
