Photos of your own roofs
Before and after, close-ups of flashing and valleys, crews on site. Taken on your phone is fine. Someone else's stock photography is not.
Roofers · Toronto & GTA
A roof is a five-figure decision made by someone who cannot see the work from the ground. Roofing sites win on proof: photos of real jobs, a warranty in plain words, and the paperwork a careful homeowner or property manager asks for before anyone goes up a ladder.
We opened the websites of 481 GTA roofing businesses. 35 no longer load at all, though their Google listing still sends people to them. 123 have no quote form, and 135 never name a city in the page title.
Reviews are thinner here than in most trades: the median GTA roofer has 28 Google reviews, and the fifth most reviewed has 569. That is a gap a well-run small company can close in a season or two — provided the website turns the clicks it gets into estimate requests.

Workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, what each covers and for how long. Homeowners compare these line by line between quotes.
Property managers and general contractors ask for a WSIB clearance certificate before work starts. Saying you have one, and what liability cover you carry, saves a round of emails.
After a wind storm the calls arrive all at once. A notice you can switch on for emergency tarping and leak repairs, and a form that takes photos of the damage.
Shingle replacement, flat roofs, repairs, eavestroughs, skylights — the work you want more of, each with its own page.
If you offer financing or work with insurers on storm claims, a page explaining how that works at your company.
By the size of the business. A two-person roofing crew is genuinely cheaper to build for than a company with several crews and service areas, and the price says so.
| Size of business | Website | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Solo operator or a two-person shop | $590 | $129 |
| A crew of three to ten | $1,190 | $299 |
| Ten or more, or several locations | $2,400 | $590 |
| Legal, medical or financial practice | $3,900 | $990 |
The build is paid after the site is finished and you have seen it. The monthly part covers hosting, the domain, edits, your Google Business Profile and ongoing search work, and can be cancelled any month. Full pricing.
You pay after the site is built. Not a deposit, not half up front — nothing until it is finished and you have looked at it. If you do not want it, you do not pay for it, and we would rather absorb that than argue someone into a site they are unhappy with.
Our prices are published in full, so the number does not change once we know what you drive. There is no contract: the monthly part is month to month, and the domain and the site are yours either way.
We do not publish client names — the businesses we work for asked us not to, and we would rather keep that promise than win an argument on a web page. What we can show you is our work on the whole market: we opened 34,180 GTA business websites one at a time and published everything we found. Run the same check on your own site, free and without an email, on our site checker.
WSIB coverage in Ontario construction is compulsory for almost everyone who runs the business, including one-person operations. The exception is narrow: home renovation work only, on existing homes, hired directly by the owner or occupant. One commercial job or one subcontract from a general contractor takes you outside it. Ours are $590 for a one-person operation and $1,190 for a crew of three to ten, paid after the site is built. Hosting, edits and your Google listing run $129 to $299 a month and can be cancelled any month.
A range, with what moves it — pitch, layers to remove, material, access — helps more than a single number and filters out calls that were never going to book. Nobody is held to a price for a roof they have not seen.
Send us a message and it is up within the hour; it is included in the monthly fee. When the rush is over, it comes down the same way.
No. You pay once the site is built and you have seen it. If you do not want it, you do not pay.
No. The monthly fee is month to month and can be cancelled any month. The domain and the site stay yours.
You do. We register it in your business name, in an account you hold. If you leave us, it goes with you.
Your turn
The check behind this page is the one we ran on every business above. Put your own address in and it will load your site on a phone screen, look at the certificate and the page age, and tell you what a visitor meets. No email, nothing stored.
We build the site, you look at it, and you pay once it is finished and you are happy with it. Hosting, edits and the Google listing carry on monthly, cancellable any month.
